About: A bubbly, social water dragon who believes in people more than she does not. She loves humans and thinks everyone should work together instead of fighting and arguing. Sometimes she talks a lot but doesn't feel too offended if someone tells her to shut up. She's quick to make friends and would love to make a lot of friends. Out of water it's just a pretty shell that you can put on your ear and hear a whale sing. The necklace needs to be powered up by touch energy and it lasts for 12 hours per charge. (quest)
